Returns/ Exchange
We currently do not offer refunds. Please ensure that you check the product description which includes material, size and length before purchasing. We offer exchanges after assessing case by case circumstances. Please note that we do not offer exchange on earrings for hygienic purposes.
WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS/EXCHANGE ON ITEMS THAT ARE ON SALE ! ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL!
To start an exchange; please email us within (3) business days of receiving the item at contact@auraofgoldthekollection.com or WhatsApp message us at 876-203-4044 with your order number. For an exchange to be accepted, the item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition and original package that it was received in. We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. The customer is responsible for covering all the cost of shipping the return item.
Lost/Damages
Please ensure that the correct shipping details are provided when you place an order. Aura of Gold the Kollection is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. All orders are securely packaged and as such Aura of Gold the Kollection is not liable for product damage during shipment. We will assist you with the shipping carrier for you to file a claim.
Local Shipping (Jamaica)
Your order will arrive in (1-3 business days) via Zipmail /Bearer or Knutsford Express. After placing your order on our website, you will receive an automatic order confirmation via the email address you provided. Before your order is shipped out you will also receive a WhatsApp, text or IG message to confirm the delivery time and date that you will be available to receive your package.
Zipmail: Choose how you would like to receive your package. For the Post to Post option your package will be delivered to your local Post Office where you can pick it up.
Bearer: Our bearer delivery service is available to customers who reside in Portmore and Kingston & St. Andrew Only.
Knutsford Express: Pick up your package at your preferred Knutsford Express location Island wide.

International Shipping (US, UK ,Canada & The Caribbean)
Your order will be shipped in 2-3 business days. It will take 1-3 weeks after the shipping date for your order to arrive via regular shipping method. Its takes 3-7 business days for your order to arrive via express shipping method.

Regular International shipping- $3 and upward
Express International Shipping-$45 and upward
Express International Shipping to the United States is free on orders over $150USD
Rest of the World
Your order will be shipped in 2-3 business days. It will take 1-3 weeks after the shipping date for your order to arrive via regular shipping method. Its takes 3-7 business days for your order to arrive via express shipping method.
